Permanent Residence Permit: How to Get It
If the person who needs a certificate has reached the age of 16, they fill in the application form. However, this does not mean that people younger than this age are denied access to such a service. In the case of children under the age of 16, the application is completed by one of the child’s parents or another of their legal guardians or custodians. But in this case, the adult with whom the child lives must also have an immigration permit.
When the above procedure is followed, and the requirements are met, the person receives a certificate valid for 10 years. It takes up to 15 working days to issue, starting from when the documents were submitted.
A permanent certificate for a foreigner in Ukraine results from an immigration permit. Our specialists will help you or your relatives and friends who need such a service to receive it on the most favorable terms and in a simple way. Furthermore, we will carefully clarify all the necessary information so that obtaining a certificate is easy and comfortable for you and does not require a long self-study of the legal framework governing this issue.
If the certificate is suddenly lost, stolen from you or otherwise lost, it can be restored through the territorial division of the LCA (the same institution that issues the certificate).
