The cost is three subsistence minimums for non-disabled persons established by law as of 1 January of the calendar year in which the employer or their authorized representative submitted the documents.

2. For permits for a period of six months to one year inclusive:

The cost is five subsistence minimums for non-disabled persons established by law as of 1 January of the calendar year in which the employer or authorized representative submitted the documents.

3. For permits for a period of one to two years inclusive:

The cost is eight subsistence minimums for non-disabled persons established by law as of 1 January of the calendar year in which the employer or their authorized representative submitted the documents.

4. For permits for a period of two years to three years inclusive:

The cost is ten subsistence minimums for non-disabled persons established by law as of 1 January of the calendar year in which the employer or their authorized representative submitted the documents.

Cost of permit renewal

The cost of extending the validity of a work permit is slightly reduced compared to the initial issuance. The permit extension fee is reduced by one subsistence minimum from the fee for issuing the license for the corresponding period.
