Great news has arrived from the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Ukraine. From now on, the "Diya" application allows foreigners to obtain a temporary and permanent residence permit in Ukraine electronically. This means having a plastic card with you is not necessary. It is enough to register the electronic version of the document on your smartphone.
Foreigners who have received biometric ID cards can take advantage of the electronic document.
What is required to register in "Diya" and display the passport:
